Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

1) To prepare graduates with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to excel in their chosen profession, as demonstrated by successful employment or career advancement in their field.

2)To develop graduates who are effective problem-solvers, capable of analyzing complex problems and generating creative solutions using relevant tools and techniques.

3)To foster graduates who are lifelong learners, capable of adapting to new technologies and changing market demands, and who are committed to continuous personal and professional development.

4) To cultivate graduates who are ethical leaders, capable of making responsible and informed decisions, and who are committed to promoting social responsibility and sustainability in their communities.

5) To produce graduates who are effective communicators, capable of working collaboratively with diverse groups, and who are able to convey complex information to a variety of audiences.

  These Program Educational Objectives should be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they remain relevant to the needs of the students, the program, and the community.

Program Outcomes (POs)

1) Ability to analyze and evaluate complex business problems and develop solutions that take into account the needs of stakeholders and the broader business environment.

2)Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make sound business decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data.

3)Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of business settings, including written, oral, and electronic formats, and to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.

4)Understanding of the ethical and social responsibility issues facing businesses today, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that promote responsible business practices and sustainable business models.

5)Knowledge of global business practices and cultural differences, and the ability to operate effectively in international business environments.

6)Understanding of the role of innovation and technology in business, and the ability to apply new technologies and techniques to improve business performance.

7)Ability to develop and implement effective marketing, financial, and operational strategies that support business growth and success.
