GIBMS Business School (Global Institute of Business Management & Studies) is a private autonomous institution registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U85499MH2023OPC404188). GIBMS operates as an autonomous professional education provider and does not fall under the mandatory AICTE approval framework applicable to certain regulated technical education institutions in India.

GIBMS reserves the right to revise programme fees at any time. Students currently enrolled will not be subject to mid-year fee increases within their current academic year. New rates apply from the next annual renewal.
Certificates issued by GIBMS represent successful completion of professional education programmes offered by the institution. They are issued under the legal right upheld in J.P. Unnikrishnan vs. Government of Andhra Pradesh (AIR 1993 SC 2178). All certificates are subject to verification and may be withheld in cases of outstanding fees, incomplete submissions, or disciplinary matters.
