Financial circumstances should never determine who gets access to quality business education. Our CSR scholarship programme provides real, documented fee waivers to students from the most vulnerable backgrounds — orphan candidates, differently-abled students, armed forces families, and cancer patients — ensuring that ambition, not bank balance, determines who gets to study.

Community & Entrepreneurship

Through the GICN Startup Incubation Cell Network, GIBMS extends its CSR beyond fee waivers into community economic empowerment. By opening incubation support to everyone from Grade 11 students to 60-year-old professionals, GIBMS helps build enterprises, create employment, and contribute to the national development vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

CSR Scholarship Details

Four scholarship categories. Real fee waivers. Verified with documentation. Applied before GST calculation. Limited seats per intake — apply early.

50%

Orphan Candidates

A 50% fee waiver — the largest scholarship GIBMS offers — is available to orphan candidates who are under the age of 24 at the time of admission. This is applied on the base programme fee before GST.

Documents Required

Death certificate(s) of parent(s) · Birth certificate · Government-approved photo ID · Any supporting documentation proving orphan status (e.g. court order, guardian letter, welfare body certificate)

30%

Differently-Abled Students

A 30% fee waiver is available to physically handicapped or differently-abled candidates. GIBMS recognises that physical disability should never be a barrier to academic achievement or professional ambition.

Medical certificate from a registered government doctor or hospital · Disability certificate / ID card issued by a government authority · Government-approved photo ID

Armed Forces Families

A 20% fee waiver is extended to individuals who are currently serving in the Indian military or armed forces, or who are family members (spouse, children) of serving or ex-service personnel.

Documents Required

Service identity card or discharge book · For family members: proof of relationship (marriage certificate / birth certificate) + service ID of the serving/ex-service member · Government-approved photo ID

Cancer Patient Students

A 20% fee waiver is available to students who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer. GIBMS recognises the physical, emotional, and financial burden that a cancer diagnosis places on individuals and families.

Documents Required

Recent medical certificate from a registered oncologist or hospital confirming active cancer diagnosis and treatment · Government-approved photo ID · Any additional supporting documents

⚠️ Important Notes — Please Read Before Applying

•All scholarship applications are subject to document verification by the GIBMS admissions panel. Forged or manipulated documentation will result in immediate cancellation of admission with no refund.

•Scholarship seats are limited per intake. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis — apply early to avoid missing out.

•The fee waiver is applied on the base programme fee before GST. For example, a 50% waiver on a ₹65,000 annual fee gives ₹32,500 + 18% GST = ₹38,350/yr.

•Only one scholarship category can be applied per applicant. The highest eligible category is applied.

•Applications are handled with complete confidentiality and empathy. Your personal circumstances will not be disclosed to any third party.

•The scholarship must be applied for at the time of admission — it cannot be applied retroactively after fees have been paid.

How to Apply for a CSR Scholarship

The process is simple, confidential, and handled with empathy. Here's exactly what to do.

Choose Your Programme

First decide which GIBMS programme you want to enrol in — BBA, MBA, Executive MBA, Global MBA, DMS, or a Certification. The scholarship is applied to any programme.

Prepare Your Documents

Gather colour scans or self-attested copies of your supporting documents relevant to your scholarship category (see details above). Also prepare your standard admission documents — marksheets, photo ID, passport photographs.

Submit Your Application

Email your scholarship application with all supporting documents to info@gibms.co.in with the subject line: "CSR Scholarship Application — [Your Name] — [Programme]". Or use the form on this page.

Document Verification

Our admissions panel reviews your application and documents within 2–3 working days. The process is fully confidential. You will be notified of the outcome by email and phone.

Receive Your Scholarship Offer Letter

On approval, you receive an official Scholarship Offer Letter confirming your programme, applicable fee waiver, and adjusted fee amount. Pay the reduced fee to complete your enrolment.
